Riley Blankenship is a junior student journalist and political science major at Greensboro College. She covers campus life, North Carolina politics, and international affairs with a focus on the human stories that are behind policy and change.

Her work has appeared in The Collegian, Greensboro College’s student newspaper, where she serves as both a staff writer and editor. She is passionate about storytelling that connects local voices with global issues and highlights the experience of student and communities that are often overlooked.
